PC mostly won't display anything (including UEFI)

Hello,

I've upgraded my gear with ASRock B450 Pro, Ryzen 2600 and 2x8 GB Ballistix memory (second hand). All other components remain unchanged: MSI Gaming Radeon 570 and 2xSSD SATA3 drives + 1x HDD and 600 Watt Power Supply (OCZ).

The problem is, that most of the time I have no picture on my display (No Signal) via both HDMI and DisplayPort. Occasionally, computer boots up just fine and works perfectly fine, as long as I do not reboot. Even demanding games work fine! Boots each time perfectly fine with old Radeon 5750, this allowed me to update BIOS to latest version. Unfortunately, this did not solve the issue.

Radeon 570 works perfectly fine with old MB and CPU (I've used different power supply though).

 

P.S.

On some occasions, when I do not have picture, it seems that Windows loaded successfully.

 

Build tested with second power supply, issue persists.

Problem seemes to be solved by disabling bios compatibility in UEFI and using DVI. No idea why
