Build update path for 1080p

Hi everyone. recently i got a ryzen 3 1200 system, which i want to upgrade to play Code vein at 1080p highest 60 fps. It has an rx 480 4gb, 12gb of ddr4 3000mhz ram, an asrock x370m hdv r4.0, and the aforementioned ryzen 3 1200. Which upgrade would improve my gaminh performance? I was seeing 99%usage gpu wise and up to 80% on the cpu. I had thought about getting an rx 590 8gb because they are cheap, and i have a good deal for a new ryzen 5 1400 for 60 bucks. Any help and recommendations would he deeply appreciated.

590 will be bottleneck tho.

 

2600 + 580 8gigs sounds good

Thanks! I can get that gpu a lot cheaper than the rx 590
