Looking to eventually sell my GPU when I upgrade but...

Like the title says I'm looking to sell my GPU in the near future but I'm not sure what it's worth. It's a GTX 1080, which would be easy enough but the hard part is it's an OEM HP card. look's like it's from one of their OMEN PCs but it came in an elitedesk 800 I got for cheap. I've found maybe 2 listing for it but none were recent. Maybe someone can help me out?

What does the gfx card come under on the device manager, as sometimes they use normal brands and that would help with a more detailed search
