Worth buying a broken curved ultrawide monitor to fix?

So someone is selling an Acer Predator X34 monitor with a cracked screen for 50 bucks and I would like to know if it is worth it to repair it? and where can i find a reliable source to get the screen replacement? cause I've tried searching the screen model on aliexpress and can't find the model LM340UM2 SS-A1 from what i researched about this model.

If it were just a bad display driver board, or a cracked stand or bezel, sure. But a cracked panel? Nah, by the time you find a replacement, you'll probably end up spending the same as buying the monitor on sale.

If its not curved, there's plenty of spare parts (and cheap).

Curved monitors are low volume, i think it is still expensive to replace.

Display driver board is the hardest one to find (especially for non pupolar model). The options is to use universtal lcd driver or retrofit other boards.
