AIO for i7 8086k with 5.1ghz on all cores

Would a 240mm one do or would it need to be a 280mm or 360mm?

Depends on the voltage needed.

To be.honeat high end air will probably so a better job

The CPU is using 1.34v

 

It is doing fine with a Noctua NH-D15.

EVGA has a nice bundle with a 2080 ti FTW3 Ultra Hybrid, a case, a 1300 watt PSU and a 240mm AIO for $1550.

I can use these parts in a build but if the AIO can't do the cooling I will give the bundle a pass.
