Hello!

Earlier this year I built my first PC. I have 3 fans (2 exhaust, 1 intake.) I’m about to go AIO and I want to properly set up the fans so I can control them all and not just have them running because they have power.

thank you!

they are also wired thru a Silverstone fan hub.

For corsair fans you need to have ICUE software to control everything. But the catch is as far as I know with corsair or most fans you need a control panel its like $60 on amazon the corsair version. Only with that you can control everything nicely in one place. If you go with another company there is other control panels

The fans blow in the other direction.

What AIO are you using?

@Pauleft There's no need to quote the entire OP.. or at all.

i personally don’t care if it’s thru icue or not.

I mean I personally really like corsair (My opinion only). I like to keep everything in sync so I don't like having one thing from one manufacturer and the other item from a different manufacturer. So I personally would stick with that. Is your AIO from corsair? if it is then definitely get the corsair control panel. It has amazing software

I will be installing the CoolerMaster MasterCooling ML240L RGB

You can use the rad at the front for intake and use the current front fan for pull behind the rad.

That’s the only place it would have fit haha.

i want to use the Corsair air fans that I have so I can keep the RGB kinda the same.

The HD120's are alright but you'd get better cooling if you used them together with the stock ML240L fans.

So 4 fans on the Rad?

basically pushing and pulling air?

3 fans on the rad. Keeping the top occupied with an exhaust fan is probably better.

I'd use the current front fan in pull on the lower position to better provide air for the graphics card. If it doesn't fit, you can just install it in the higher position.

What if I used the stock NZXT fans for Exhaust and the 4 for the Rad? I lose the aesthetics but I want cooler temps haha

That might be better but it's hard to tell. The difference is probably small.

I have a total of 7 fans 2black NZXT

3 Corsair

2 CoolerMaster

i could also do the NZXT up front so they aren’t visible and have the Corsair as exhaust.

The stock NZXT fans aren't particularly good and you're probably better off using the other fans instead.
