There are no options I would be comfortable recommending or pointing too; and if you have important data on that drive you might be better off closing it up and going to a company that can recover that data (and hope that you did not foul the platters with dust or debris).

I am going to guess the controller has gone, or the ability for the controller to know the arm position.

Send it in to a recovery center like Gilware, just be aware it costs an arm and a leg.
