You could go with an RTX 2060 super or an RX 5700 XT.

A 1060 should hit those marks in most games at high settings, unless you've got a 3 gig model. But if you still want to upgrade a 1660ti seems strike a good price/performance option for this, should even be ok for some 1440p gaming on some games if you upgrade your monitor later.
