Best GSM WIFI router (mi-fi) hotspot for 30+ people

Hi my company is going into a retreat to south america and we want a dual bonding GSM wifi router to be our backup internet connection on the trip, it is very important that the internet is reliable and maybe it's also important that it has bonding of 2 GSM streams and automatic failover so we don't lose any data since the whole company will be there, I was looking at CradlePoint IBR1700 (Super expensive) and Peplink HD2 (hard to buy) I'm looking for more options if anyone care to help out, any help is appreciated
