LG 27GL850 Release Date?

Anyone know the official release date for this monitor? B&H says November now but just a couple months ago it was saying August and then October and the other sites that have it up for pre-order don't have a date just coming soon. Is it actually November 4th now or is it still TBD?

LG supposedly have problems in supplying the european markets. Quite annoying since the monitor is really a hot cake, barring the poor contrast[for some its a deal braker].

I'm not in the European market, I was looking for the US release date. People have said they already have one and have left reviews however it's unavailable and still says it's unreleased and is a preorder item. Which is what confused me.

Sorry i've assumed US dont have this problem. Very weird situation, because there is a great demand for these monitors, and supply is really low. Its like LG dont want money.
