Help. Game freezing/3fps. What to upgrade?

It's so slow, what would you guys recommend, as I know nothing about computers 

 this was recommended. I'm wondering if just updating to windows 10 and updating drivers will make it be able to run say league of legends and fortnite at a steady decent fps or will i have to fork out the money (australian dollar) for that.

Yeah, you probably should upgrade cpu, which also means upgrading your mobo, Ram as well.
