how to calibrate Colour from monitor

So i ve using external monitor and the colour were different. i know my monitor is budget but can i at least make it good. Lgmk430h-B

  Spec: Macbook Air 2017    

ProcessorPU: ii5 (I5-5350U |    

| RAM: 8GB LPDDR3 |

| Storage: 128GB SSD | 

 | GPU: Intel HD 6000 |

ull need a calibrator.

X-rite and Datacolor are 2 good places to look. Use the open source DisplayCAL software with one of those and ull be sorted.

is it works like calibrating the monitor. or both display include my laptop simultaneously.
