Any idea how much it would cost tho?

If you have a printer probably about $0.50 I ran it through my slicer and it came out dirt cheap.

Is it possible to 3D Print the broken part (dummy obviously), glue it and use the cpu as a show-piece?

Why would you need to 3D-print the broken part, when you have the broken part right there already and could just attempt to glue it instead?

Because it just fell off when i took the cpu out and I lost it. Why would i bother posting if I already had the broken part -_-

I wouldn't know. You didn't mention anything about having lost it, you only showed a picture where you have it, so assuming that you have it is perfectly logical.

Dude that kind of attitude does not make people want to help you.

Yes you could 3d print it and glue it on, a little bit of paint and you could probably get a close colour match, Although i would suggest printing out the whole thing as printing that small could be an issue (or maybe use a SLS printer?)

and while you're at it, it might be worth printing a case too?:
