Upgrading from my monitor to faster HZ

So im sick of playing on 100hz limited by g sync with my current asus pg348q monitor. While it's a great wide monitor i feel its kinda limited. For example pubg if u don't wanna play with g sync you're basically forced to because you're going to screen tear a lot.and i wanna be able to play on more than 100 fps without the v sync or g sync crap. and my monitor right now is limiting me for that. I wanted to buy the new asus pg35vq but thinking about it it's a lot of money. Any other good recommendation? and i don't want the alienware one. as the difference between those 20hz is not that noticeable. anything else is appreciated.
