Im making a new gaming pc and i dont know what gpu to get

Hi im making a new gaming PC and there is one thing i cant find on the internet. The Best GPU! I don't necessarily have a price range, i just wanna know what would be the best. If you know anything that may be of help please respond. Thx guys

What resolution, fps, and budget you are targeting. Best are RTX 2080TI and RX 5700/XT.

I'm also building a new pc and think the 2070 super is better value for the reason you wouldn't get a normal 5700xt due to the one fan being poor and loud so you're looking at a custom card with at least two or even better 3 fans which closes the gap to getting a super with ray tracing gsync, better after sales support and better fps... by 50 pound in uk...
