Replaced Graphics Card and now Chrome Loads All Black Screen

My whole system is ASUS minus my graphics card... till today. I swapped out my Red Dragon 5700 for ASUS STRIX 5700 and just by doing that Google Chrome now decides it's going to load up completely black; meaning the whole page is black, from menu bar down. I am able to find the actual menu and open it but when I select anything the screen stays black so I cannot see the actual "settings" that should be displayed.

 

What I've already done:

•  Uninstalled AMD graphic drivers
•  Re-installed AMD graphic drivers
•  Uninstalled Google Chrome
•  Re-installed Google Chrome

 

Does anyone have an F'n clue on how to fix this BS!?

 

 

P.S. I already use Firefox & Brave - however my work requires me to use Chrome so I cannot operate without the crappy thing.
