More bang for buck version of the LG UltraGear 34GK950F?

Very close to buying this monitor to pair with my new Ryzen 9 build and a 5700 XT, but is anything similar with Freesync 2 for a better price?

Well you can pay 1/3 of the price if you were okay with vanilla Freesync and you don't mind going down to 120hz, but 144hz with Freesync 2 that is about the only option.

Nope!  This monitor at 34" is one sexy display.  Make the purchase you won't regret it.  I have a friend who just bought this LG 34" UltraGear and he is telling me the graphics look sick and so bright and what not.

Interesting, and what would you recomend at 120hx and Freesync 1?

With your budget I would OPT for a 144hz + overclockable and 1440p.  The LG UltaGear destroys TN and VA panels and what not.

I'm thinking twice now having looked more, the ROG Strix XG35VQ has has also caught my eye and is less cost wise.... Decisions decisions!
