if i buy a 500 watt psu then what pin connector would it come with?

Any proper 500 Watt will have 2 6+2 pin PCIE (8 pin) connectors, but if that is fit for your PC depends on the sort of power connector your motherboard has (20 pin, 18 pin 24 pin.. It should be 24 pin for a normal PSU to work).

Does RX 570 need a 6 pin connector?
if yes then does the dell optiplex 3010 come with a 6 pin connector?

No Optiplex model in existence comes with a 6-pin connector. Only Dell Inspirons come with a 6-pin power connector.

Speaking of which, if you want a branded gaming rig then I'd advise you to go with a Dell Inspiron T3500 instead. You can pair it up with a hexa-core 12-thread Xeon such as the Xeon X5660 that goes for $15; yet offers performance comparable to i5-6600. The T3500 also comes a heavy duty 520W PSU as standard with triple 12v rails so you can run pretty much anything with it.  Overall, it's a much better gaming rig then the Dell 3010, when it comes to branded PCs.

Powerful PSU, 6 RAM slots, triple channel memory, hexa-core CPUs with hyperthreading, dual PCIe x16 slots and overall robust hardware that can run for years without going kaput. It's a much better 'gaming recipe' than the Optiplex 3010, in my humble opinion.

Rest is up to you.
