build pc Help with choosing parts

I'm planning a suprise pc build for someone with a pc that still has a celeron CPU, no gpu, 4gb RAM but I don't want to spend too much money.

I still have parts from my last PC:

CPU: Pentium G4600 (Dualcore, hyperthreading, 3.6Ghz)

RAM: 8GB RAM Corsair vengeance

A cheap motherboard I forgot the name of (Gigabyte 250m series)

 

What Graphics card for around $100-$150 and PSU would you guys add to this?

Radeon RX 570 is your best bet if you are going for new GPU's at that price range.

 

 

And near any quality 450W PSU.

The Focus has OCP issues. Do not buy that.

If you're willing to buy used components, you could get a RX 580 8GB off of eBay. 

As of posting this, they're available for around $125 USD.
