Last weekend i won a 500 GB portable SSD from Samsung. I did some little research but I am still not sure about the performance I should expect from this device.

Do any of you have experience with this portable SSD?
Should I sell it and buy another portable SSD with the money?

What are your opinions?

Thank you for taking the time so answer my questions :D

I doubt you could buy anything better. If you really want the best speeds use the short cable in the rear ports.

If you're interested in a product please download and read the manual first.

Don't forget to tag or quote in your reply if you want me to know you've answered or have another question.

Bottom right is the 500GB T5.  (Can tell from the drive letter assignment.)

Top left is an 250GB M.2 Crucial MX200, the other 2 are 1050GB 2.5" Crucial MX300 SSDs.

For some reason my Clevo P750DM-G laptop falls way short on write speeds on internal SSDs.  My desktop PC (board = ASRock Z97 Extreme6) doesn't have that issue.  (Also my 1TB 970 Evo has decent enough speeds in the laptop, I just don't have access to my screenshots for it from my phone.)
