Display Port Secondary Monitor Defaults to 680x480

Hi,

So the issue I have is that every time I turn my PC on, my second monitor is automatically detected (even when not turned on) and Windows 10 defaults it to 640x480. I can easily fix the issue by turning the monitor on and off and it reverts back to 1920x1080 but because it is detected, if I had an appplication open on it before I turned my PC off then it defaults to going back to that monitor which I only really use while gaming for Discord/Spotify etc. It only seems to do this on Display Port but unfortunately I only have the one HDMI connector available on my GPU which I use for my Oculus Rift.

It's only a minor issue but has been bugging me a lot. I'm using a Display Port 2560x1440 main display and an RTX 2070.

Thank you for your help. Like I say, it's not a huge issue but is really bugging me as to why it is doing it.
