rtx 2080ti in a xbox

so recently i was given a copy of the Xbox one X operating system and i have a rtx 2080ti in my PC and i thought wait can i run rtx with the xbox OS.

on my first try i got a blue screen, then my second try it worked perfectly i don't know why it worked but it did.

so when i start windows all i have to do is sign in on the profile called Xbox and it boots strait into the Xbox home.

Interesting, where can I get this operating system?

Specs: Motherboard: Asus X470-PLUS TUF gaming (Yes I know it's poor but I wasn't informed) RAM: Corsair VENGEANCE® LPX DDR4 3200Mhz CL16-18-18-36 2x8GB

            CPU: Ryzen 9 5900X          Case: Antec P8     PSU: Corsair RM850x                        Cooler: Antec K240 with two Noctura Industrial PPC 3000 PWM

            Drives: Samsung 970 EVO plus 250GB, Micron 1100 2TB, Seagate ST4000DM000/1F2168 GPU: EVGA RTX 2080 ti Black edition

You need to be a bit more precise here..
Source code ?
Compiled OS ripped off an Xbox ?
Xbox Dev Kit ?

Or is it purely a lie ?

That not only looks shady as all hell
It's also probably just some crappy overlay that looks like the Xbox OS but cannot do anything (IE lacks the code to run any games)
