Looking for help for a gaming/recording Computer for $1000-$1500 CAD

Hey Im aspiring to become a gaming Youtuber and sadlly my Asus Laptop cant handle the Proc power for my needs. and since this is my first time actually building a computer I rather ask for help sooner than later. I have a mouse but no moniter or keyboard so ill take any suggestions on that and ill be paying for the parts in Installments of 500 bucks since that's my credit card limit. so yeah If it is possible to get a decent rig for my price range please Help me.

Yes, it will be.

The 8-core CPU will handle gaming and streaming/multi-tasking very well and the Nvidia encoder will help with that.
