I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...

What is your budget/country for your new PC?

what monitor resolution/refresh rate?

What games or other software do you need to run?

2200u system is better. Not only is the GPU good enough for basic gaming (after you add more memory to it), but it doesnt have a pathetic 768p monitor.

Jeez, how do you guys even all fit on that island? Do you just ship in things from italy?

Get the Ryzen laptop, but make sure you can upgrade it with another 4GB stick of memory, the iGPU will run twice as fast with dual channel RAM.

Mostly for it's 1080p screen though.

We Either get stuff from the  the UK or Italy. I earn vouchers for Scan Malta. Saved up €160 worth.

The HP Ryzen is only €429 before discount :)

Go with the HP. Literally because SSD.

and as others above said l, if you upgrade with another stick of ram the iGPU will become faster and can run basic games fine.

That would really only matter for gaming.

He literally gives those 2 options, and laptop is more used for web browsing then anything else.
