im playing at 0 temperature... should i be worried?

What program is telling you that? What component is running at '0 temperature'?

If it's the GPU, try HWMonitor. If it's the CPU, try Ryzen master and see what these programs tell you.

Inbefore we get told that he has no house and he's sitting outside somewhere in the cold which would explain such temperatures...

 

Similar to how we were benchmarking 3DMark back in the days during winter with open window and fan blowing at PC...

Make sure you're looking at the correct reading. The label for any reading in the Hardware Monitor is above and not below the graph.
