SP or AF in this pic? Or crop the case?

I removed the front glass panel ->

CPU: from 60 to 50(gaming)

GPU: still @ 78-80(gaming)

But look at all those inner metals blocking the intake airflow, look at the 3rd fan at the bottom(almost useless)

 

How can i optimize the intake in this case assuming i dont want to replace the case? Get some nice SP/AF fans? Or crop the case using a metal grinder? :)

Better fans or removing the hdd case would help. It's probably just held on by screws on rivets at the bottom and rear that can be drilled out.
