GB 5700XT GAMING OC and ASUS P258Q Monitor. Is it good to Enable Freesync?
FreeSync will match the monitor's refresh rate to your fps as long as you're having a lower fps than your native refresh rate, that alongside V-Sync will ensure you always have smooth gaming without stuttering, tearing, micro-freezes.
If you have more fps than your native refresh rate and doesn't use V-Sync then FreeSync won't do anything.
There's no draw backs leaving it on all times.
