lancachenet/monolithic on Openmediavault : need help on how to set up

As the title says, I have a old pc running openmediavault as a NAS. I wanted to lower the bandwidth requirement by using lancachenet/monolithic on docker. But other than setting up setting up a bittorrent client in docker i have no experience with either docker or lancachenet. A step by step guide will be much appreciated if anyone can help. Thanks in advance for your time and effort.
