Around a year ago I finally got into Computer gaming after finally getting a computer that was capable of it. I started upgrading and working my way up with a budget. However in the past few months I started a new computer build called "Devil's Echo". I started around a Processor that i had just got from a friend, a Intel i7-4790K  and worked from there using some old parts from my other computer builds. Can i get some opinions on where I should or shouldn't upgrade and if my build is good enough to handle a lot of tasks compared to other builds of more current hardware. Please keep in mind I've had almost no budget, and a lot of this is is second hand equipment.

Thanks guys!

@WickedStarfish All is currently owned and installed. The components are exactley what im running now. @williamcll The R9 Fury runs alongside the 2060 so i can screen record: game plays, benchmarks, stress tests via OBS. If i were to use just the 2060 Super and OBS the footage is all messed up because its to much to handle for the encoding process. I just select the H.264 AMD Framework in OBS. Set all of my presets to I indistinguishable and its perfect.
