swaping 60Hz panel with 120Hz

I have this laptop with i5 8th gen 60Hz Tn panel, the laptop also come with a i7 variant which have 120hz panel

 

As far as i know the dimensions & other stuff are similar

 

So, the the hindge & pins fit. can i use that 120Hz panel with my laptop ?

 

Will it bring extra load on my CPU,GPU or PSU ?

Can it cause any type of damage to my laptop ?
