Hi All,

I am getting issues when i turn on my pc and when i turn it on i get a fuzzy screen going horizontal and it takes over 2 mins to startup, i have attached a picture of the screen and was asking if anyone could shed some light on what the issue is and how i can resolve it. For some reason, when i give the computer a shake/wobble after this issue and turn it back on, it works fine as normal so I think it could be some form of loose connection within the setup. I bought the computer through cyberpower, if it would help and you need me to send full specs, please let me know.

Any assistance is very much welcome and appreciated.

Thanks.

If it has the same issue on a different monitor, either rebuild the PC yourself and make sure everything is good, try a different cable if you have one. Or try a different port on the video card.

Or if they're paying for return shipping just ship it back to them.

What were the specs/price if you don't mind me asking....

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...

Spoiler

What is your budget/country for your new PC?

what monitor resolution/refresh rate?

What games or other software do you need to run?
