USB Microphone unfixable parasite noise

Hello !
I have USB Headsets, the Cooler Master Ceres 500. The headphone part works great, as expected, sound is clear, and everything works perfectly. The microphone part tho ... it has some noise, some kind of robotic/static noise and the voice is barely understandable, it works, but theres like parasite sounds.
Thought maybe the headphones are broken or something, i tried them on another PC and they work fine. (I know i shouldnt have bought USB headphones, i didn't know they were USB till i bought them and they worked great till now.)
You should also know that this issue started when i bought a new motherboard (the B360M-HDV from Asrock) along with a new processor (i3-8100) and new set of ram (DDR4 stick).
On my older gear, everything was working well aswell.
I've seen some Youtube videos that fix that issue by changing the Default Format on Windows Sound, to 48 000 Hz (I can't change it, it's greyed out).

I really hope i find an answer to this ! it bothers me that the headset works perfectly, i cant throw it or sell it and get a new one, cause its a bit expensive and the thing works, why would i ever want something else ? lol..
Thank you.
