hi @RVG

I'm not sure which software you mean can you maybe provide a weblink to the download or information page of these apps?

Also have you checked your boot devices settings in the BIOS? I bet that this gigabyte software installed some bootloader. Atleast it sounds like that.

Thanks in advance.

Sorry for late reply. Can you boot Windows in safe modus? That error seems to indicate some issue with a driver. If you can boot in safe modus then you can run Sysprep to remove all drivers and to initialize all the hardware again.

1. Safe modus can be entered by spamming F8 on startup, but Microsoft sometimes disabled this feature for W10 in all its wisdom. Making startup recovery on Windows even more useless in the progress. So its might not be possible depending on your system.

2. When you did that successfully run, the following command in a Admin command prompt or powershell.

%WINDIR%\system32\sysprep\sysprep.exe /generalize /shutdown /oobe

3. The computer will shutdown automatic, now start the computer again and pray

Note : Running sysprep command might also be possible when booting with a Windows 10 install USB. Not sure. This might be your second option.

I suggest to scrap the idea of using the gigabyte app center and its apps, i find them personally to not be reliable, very buggy and cause issues ...well like you had. If you are overclocking, or changing fan speeds then familiarize yourself with bios use, there are plenty of guides on this. if you need to flash the bios follow the instructions in your manual. Although the process of flashing bios via windows has greatly greatly improved over the past 5-10 years. Its still safer with less variables to do it via the bios.

Cheers.
