open command prompt and do a dns lookup to see if it is able to resolve.

nslookup 'website.com'

does it work with a VPN?

clear cache and dns settings on your computer?

run "ipconfig /flushdns" in command prompt w/ admin privileges.

this happens to all 3 pc & my phone, so i dont think its a individual issue

if vpn works that means i am somehow blacklisted by service provider??

maybe, maybe not. it could just be an issue on their end.

i thing your should try a different dns (1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8)

then try ipconfig / flushdns

then try nslookup

then contact your ISP
