60$ for a 4x4 kit of 2400 speed is not really a good deal IMO.

On your own link, you can get 1x16gb set for lower price, which is almost close to being a deal.

But for 60$ you should be able to get 1x16gb or 2x16gb ddr4 3000mhz atleast.

You could just go to your local Bestbuy and get this $79.99 Corsair Vengeance 2x8 DDR4-2666 RAM for just $58.99 when you simply price match it at Amazon here... Corsair Vengeance 2x8 DDR4-2666 RAM. It is packaged and shipped by Amazon which is how it qualifies for a price match.

 

And if you have a motherboard capable of overclocking, I don't see any reason as to why you couldn't overclock it to 2800, 2933 or 3000.

 

Also, if you just have to have DDR4-3200 RAM, just buy this Vulcan 2x8 DDR4-3200 RAM for $8.00 more. Which is $66.99. Sale ends Wednesday so be quick.

 

Overclock it to 3300 to 3400 and call it a day.

that's a pretty bad deal when 3000 Mhz 2x8GB kits regularly go for the same price.
