How do I match colors on two different monitors?

A cheap calibration tool would work wonders.

 

X-rite and the Spyder Pro are 2 options.

Then consider using the freeware Display CAL software as its arguable better than the software packaged with the 2 calibration tools suggested.

it will do the work with tools. but wont be exactly same

Spyder Pro, 3,4,5 is "decalibrator" (big errors):
