Hi,
Ive recently been having problems with my cpu Speeds being very low and not turboing well or at all.

It never used to have this problem. It always scaled very well with what i was doing at idle it would go all the way down to like 1.2ghz and all the way up to 4.8 under load. the cpu temperatures don't change very much since this has started happening as ive got a AIO duel fan cooling it and its about 37 on idle and 50 on full load (i use cputemp to keep track of it).

I've checked in the bios settings and it looks like it should work and if i manually overclock it. It does increase the GHz like normal (using the ASUS overclocking tool which increases cpu and ram speeds) but i prefer to keep it stock.

I have changed some settings like im using Intel RST for using ssds to cache my OS drive and i've enabled Virtualization so i can use Hyper-V (but never had the problem at the time) but i did this when i first made my pc and never had the problem. (I'm not very good with the Bios as I just followed my motherboard instructions to change the features but it only started happening recently)

i've taken screenshots of my cpu at Idle.
NoLoad.PNG.c093a933309b14d7dbf9eaf62a93538d.PNG
and a screen shot of it underload playing the new call of duty.

If anyone would have an idea or a way to help me with this problem I would be grateful.

Have you reset the bios to optimized default?

No I haven't fully reset it but I did change all the CPU settings back to default but it didn't make a difference when I tried it.

As I have a raid setup and Intel RST I don't want to fully reset it as I would most likely need to rebuild my raid which would mean losing my data (but im not entirely sure)

But I was thinking raid and intel RST shouldnt matter for my cpu and was hoping i wouldn't have to resort to that as it worked fine before with it all enabled the only thing I remember changing in the time before I noticed was going from a stock CPU cooler to a new AIO but it happened about 4 months after this so I dont think its the issue

Reset it. Also ditch the RAID if you ask me. RST is super buggy

Okay so I reset my Asus motherboard to Optimized Defaults which is stock settings but there was still no change.
("No change" as in that the cpu problem still persists the motherboard did change a bunch of settings back to default)

the cpu still hovers around 3.7ghz to 3.8ghz
