What are your upgrade recommendations?

I'm living in germany, I have an budget of 700€ and I'm not sure if I should get a r5 3600 and vega 56 or r5 2600x with rx 5700. Also open for case recommendations as I haven't looked into them, too much. I have thought about getting a be quiet pure base 500.

Edit: I'm using it for FHD gaming
