Welcome to the forums!

Those temps are a little on the high side but not dangerous. On a laptop the worst thing that could happen is that the keyboard gets hot and it gets hard to game because of that.

If you're really worried, you can download SpeedFan, a free fan monitor and control app that takes a bit to set up but is very practical.

We have a NEW and GLORIOUSER-ER-ER PSU Tier List Now. (dammit @LukeSavenije stop coming up with new ones)

You can check out the old one that gave joy to so many across the land here

Computer having a hard time powering on? Troubleshoot it with this guide. (Currently looking for suggestions to update it into the context of <current year> and make it its own thread)

I would try to stay under 85 degrees. Some laptops already come with software that can control the fans, otherwise you can use SpeedFan.

Your CPU will use less power when not charging - so less heat and less performance.

You can change the battery settings to have the laptop be in power saving mode even while charging, you will lose some performance but decrease temps by a lot.

Yeah you probably will.

I'd say try Speedfan, use it to set fans at 100%

If you still get 87 degrees with fans at 100% you can try to look for dust in it that may obstruct airflow, but since it's a Ryzen laptop it's probably very new and shouldn't have that problem.

Some laptops are just built with insufficient cooling and that's too bad. You could undervolt / underclock the CPU a bit and be fine, but that takes some knowledge and a lot of testing.

It won't break if you put it on turbo. If it does, the manufacturer should absolutely give you a new one because fans are designed to be ok at full speed.
