Turner.

Not the same field but they have amazing customer service. I bought a used mountain bike frame, rode it for a while and it developed a crack. Keep in mind this frame at the time was 5 years old, 2 years outside of warranty (which is only available to the original owner).

I emailed them, they said send it on down. They stripped the frame, fixed the crack, and power coated it. Not only that I got to choose any color I wanted out of the ones they offer. They also put new decals on the frame, and replaced the bearings.

Best customer service I've ever had.

Thanks for the tag ;)

Anyway, I had a few awesome chats with customer support before.

First, a really small/simple one. I have a pair of Klipsh S4A Earbuds, I had lost one of the tips, called Klipsh, within ten minutes a whole new package (all of the different types) had been shipped to me.

Second, the big and surprising one. I used to have an HTC Evo 3d. I had somehow ended up breaking the screen, so I naturally called HTC. This one took a bit longer, almost an hour, but they sent me a whole new phone for free. Awesome! That phone sucked anyway though.

As op said, great support but why does the products have issues in the first place? For that price no less.

I never owned anything from EVGA because the price and the lack of functionality (motherboards) and not so great air coolers on the GPU ' s (before the 700 series)

Some of there stuff looks plastic and very glossy, but only some of them.

I'm not even going to bother talking about the kingpin...

EVGA is Not cheap! I dare say there products have the highest cost for some reason.

I do Iike what I hear about the support and the upgrade program seems nice. But that's about it .

They Oc like a beast? Ok good. And?

So I want someone to convince me that there PRODUCTS are awesome. Let's ignore support for now.

I have used/use products from Asus, msi, xfx and Sapphire. And product wise I find them better and "fair" priced @ the right retailer.

wow. If this keeps up, you might end up with some 780Ti's.

I never looked in to evga stuff before. I wonder if their support is as good for their motherboards too.

I didn't read this, except for the last few sentences, and ya, EVGA is awesome. Use to own a 660 Ti from them and couldn't be happier. Solid card from a solid company. They really are great.

It's pretty incredible that a company would send out replacements like that. Has anyone else had similar experiences?
