desktop rig sudenly ussing wrong card as primary

so i have had this setup for some time now and its always used the top card to post then go to windows, recently it started to use the second card for windows witch boggled me at first making think something was wrong whit the card but it was posting and all so i was like OK, lets try changing to HDMI to the second card and of course windows is on that now.

 

How do i fix this I want windows and the post/bios to use the same card not 2 different one's its very anoying

what are the cards? What are the other symptoms?

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

 

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

 

How many watts do I need? ATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explained, group reg is bad
