A few days ago I just got the GA502 and as I state in the title after about 10-15 mins, sometimes less, the CPU frequency just stays stuck at 0.39GHz. It doesn't matter if it's on battery or plugged in, it will eventually stay at the frequency and performance is obviously f'ed. I honestly don't know what happened, I only updated the BIOS and Windows. I also did three clean Windows install already and didn't do anything. Please help!

What are the temperatures like?

Does it remain at 0.39GHz when under full load?

Hi @Bijoux

Have you tried livebooting another OS than windows? A quick way to rule ouf if the issue is within BIOS or OS is by booting a linux USB and run  " lscpu ' or " cat /proc/cpuinfo "  to check CPU speed. When it runs faster then it is safe to say that Windows is the issue here.

I don't know a lick about linux much less booting it from a USB drive, but I'll check some guides and see what's what.
