Laptop Bluetooth, headphone not connecting/pairing.

Hello.
So at first the sound from my headphone started coming very badly after poking a bit I saw that it was connected as a 1 channel hands free device. I reinstalled the sound driver thinking it would fix it but didn't so I updated all the drivers using IObit Driver Booster and it made things worse, headphone stopped connecting. I updated, uninstalled, reinstalled Bluetooth drivers but it did nothing I also tried a lot of other things that I found on reddit youtube and other sites. Going to services>Bluetooth service support>automatic and stuff like that but nothing. I factory reset my headphone and tired to pair again..and it made things even worse it wont pair anymore.  Help
Oh and when it stopped pairing I tired reinstalling drivers and all the other stuff I did before too and did nothing 
 

Headphone: Sony MDR XB650BT
Laptop: Acer Predator Helios 300
Windows 10 1903 18362.356


Laptop connects to phone via bluetooth without any problems.
Headphone connects to phone without any problems.
Headphones use to work fine, used the same headphone on the same laptop for more than 3 months.
