No Assassins creed works

im using the uplay app and no title described works idk y my spces as follows

amd ryzen 2600@ stock

msi b450 gaming plus

8gigs ram 3200 had 16 gigs but this mobo dont like it

msi rx 570 armor 8g

the game opens then crashes

im running latest chipset and gpu drivers...ive tried older gpu drivers and nothing the game will start up the crash

and only those games crash? Nothing else out of UPLAY?

If your motherboard doesn't like 16 GB of RAM then there might be a problem with your motherboard or your RAM. Did you use the exact same brand, speed, and timings of your 16 GB? Did you mix RAM sticks from different brands?

 

Do other games work?

 

Do you know how to run memtest?

yes other games work fine and yes i ran mem test the other stick wont even detect so i think its dead its gskil ripjaws 5 3200 they both are, only one works.

Here's what I would do.

 

Buy some ram and keep your receipt and box. Test the new ram. If it has the same problem then it's your motherboard. If not then it was your ram. If it's your motherboard then just return the ram to the store

but y woulld other games in uplay work fine like farcry 5 and new dawn, and the ghost recons... i even played the new beta for breakpoint no problem

i have 8 gigs or ram at there speeds just not the 16 cuz one is dead... i really dont think this is a ram issue...ive looked online and im not the only one with this problem

im not getting defensive but this isnt my first rodeo ive built several different rigs my oldest is a phenom 2 975....im thankful for the help

I really do appreciate the help i just dont think its the ram cuz my 8 gigs works just fine...but like i said im not the only one having this issue and i guess there is fixes sorta but i dont really wanna try them just wanted to play since i got uplay+ and have all of them but thats the only game i have trouble with...but thanks again

Check window event viewer for any log.

Did you try turning off the Uplay in-game overlay? This was causing issues for me in Dvision 2.
