So I just bought a new prebuilt pc from bestbuy that was on sale and after I swapped out the power supply with a new one and installed a new graphics card it booted fine for the first time and all seemed well until I shut it down. When I tried to turn it back on there was simply no signal even though it was running fine. I tested it after taking out the GPU and it's working just fine, so I'm thinking it must have something to do with drivers, but I'm not sure exactly how to get the drivers installed since I can't use the disk drive or install them while the GPU is plugged in. Any help would be appreciated :)

If you get into the bios you should be able to get it to display the signal via the cpu (motherboard header) with the GPU installed. From there you can get into windows and get your graphics drivers going.

So I went into bios and couldn't find that, I'm running on an acer motherboard if that helps. I'm still getting notifications and everything is fine other than the signal with the card installed too.

Bios tend to vary, but there should be something about forcing to display via motherboard or disable pcie card display or something. You might be able to find a helpful YouTube video if you type in your full motherboard name which should be somewhere on the board.
