Hi, I currently have an Asus b250f gaming motherboard. The only thing I see wrong with it is that it does not support RAID and another flaw is that when I go to configure the BIOS coolers with the Asus application freezes the screen. So I wanted to ask you if it's worth changing the motherboard and if so, which one? I'm not going to spend a fortune as it doesn't make sense but I do hear suggestions. I have an i7-7700. I don't know about your second issue but why not use Software RAID?

If the Asus application is freezing in Windows you should still be able to adjust those setting in the BIOS. I have never found any of the companion programs that interface with the UEFI/BIOS to work well or be that stable.

Heck some of them are so out of date that they BSOD x570 motherboards. (Looking at you Gigabyte)
