Could be literally anything, since it also gives you problems on windows it's probably nothing to do with pop_os and everything to do with your hardware but I can't know for sure since you gave us no useful information. What error are you getting, what hardware do you have...?

As with any/all tech support questions, it's best to recall that we cannot and do not read minds. Please provide actual details of the problem, steps you were on, error messages on the screen, etc. etc. etc. ...

For the screen is blue and full of errors.
