Nopost with new hdd

hello world

 

as the title implies: i installed a new 4to hdd and no i get no post.

 

i didn t replace anything simply added.

 

i have :

ryzen 5 2600x on a corsair aio

rtx 2070

16go of ddr4 ram (i think 2666ghz or whatever)

a gaming mother board in atx format

600W bronze psu

200 somthing ssd and 1 to hdd

 

to which i added a 4to hdd.

 

i didn t overclock anything yet.

 

sorry for the noobiness i build the pc but i m still struggling.

 

can anyone help ?

So, system worked before you added the drive. If you remove the drive, does the system work again? 

Have you tried the drive plugged into only power and other drives unplugged from power to see if the system will post? If it doesn't, then the drive has failed electrically and is shorting somehow. Replace it and you should be fine.
