I bought a pc few weeks ago and build it myself. Back then this problem happened as well. The red boot light turned red and my screen didn't have a signal. Since the power supply cables are very taff I took out the supplier and reattached all cables outside the case. . It worked fine. Now after few weeks I wanted to put the power supply back into my case since it starts to dust up. Now I have the same issue again. And putting it outside won't help anymore.

What I did was basicly remove all cables off the supply and that's it.

My Mainboard which is MSI B450 Gaming Pro Carbon AC has four leds which are cpu ram vga and boot. The led at cpu goes on then off, skipping ram, which stays dark, switches to vga on/off and stays on at the boot led. My screen says no signal.

So I assume all 3 cpu gpu and ram are fine?

I tried different cables for my ssd as well.

i would try re-seating the video card, and check all the power connections to the video card. or remove it and try the on-board video.
