Secondary monitor problem

Hey everyone i hope you can help with my problem you are my last resort before just living with it. 

 

So to start from the beginning, recently bought an Amd rx 5700 set up everything re installed windows played a game and the secondary monitor started flickering okay, i changed refresh rate, graphics card port and resolution turned freesync off on my main monitor ( 144 aoc DP port) didn't seem to work out reinstalled driver 2 times with DDU in safe mode didn't work either ordered a new cable for secondary monitor (it was connected via Vga to hdmi now its connected by vga to displayport) now it doesnt flicker anymore but i cant change the resolution to 1920x1080 just 16xx  x 1050 its a bit blurry everything was working fine with my older 1050ti card even contacted amd support they basically told me things that i ve already done and told me to check the gpu in other pc but that option is not available for me. 

The flicker only occurs when launching a game. 

I would appreciate some help feels like i tried everything.

16gb 3000mhz ram

Rx 5700

Psu 500

mobo asus b450-a
